Castellari (s.r.l.) have been manufacturing high quality horticulture tools for over 30 years and their technology draws from the combination of three of Italy's best smitheries. The all new CASTELLARI TUCANO X POLE LOPPER is equipped with an internal mechanism controlled by pulleys and Dyneema cables. These control the movement of the blade, which are coated with Top Shield technology, a non-stick material that allows better penetration into the wood. The cutting head can be adjusted up to 180° and the lengths come in the three available sizes, up to 4m (see below).

The oval extruded aluminum rod gives the product ergonomics and high rigidity, and the height of the cutting knob can be adjusted. The lower handle can also be used when making higher cuts. The Tucano X Pole Lopper also comes with a hole for attaching ropes or carabiners (a useful feature in tree climbing).
