Warranty Procedures
Please see below the terms and conditions we operate under for the supply of goods and services for our brands.
Warranty Policy:
Products from Silky Saws, Okatsune, Castellari and Lowe have a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date of purchase. All other products and brands have a 12 month Manufacturers Warranty. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident or wear and tear are not covered by our warranty policy.
Repair or Replacement Policy:
If you return a product for repair or replacement, if it is covered under warranty (see above) then the repair or replacement will be at the cost to Silex Tools. If the product is out of warranty we can still have the product repaired, however this may be at the customers own cost. In some cases we may not be able to repair or replace certain products due to availability or discontinuation of that particular product.
